Modes of Payment

We accept major credit cards on all of our purchases. American Express, Discover card, Visa, Master card, Debit card, Checks, Money Orders, Electronic Bank to Bank Fund transfer and Paypal are all accepted - we ship to credit card billing addresses only unless otherwise and approved by our financial department. No COD. All orders shipped via FedEx will require an adult signature unless instructed otherwise, all postal shipment will not.

Sales Tax

Items sold on SpyEmporium.com Site are sold in USD only. Orders made in the State of Texas are subject to sales tax of 8.25%. Order made outside the State of Texas is free of sales tax.

International Order Fees

On all bank wire transfers, minimum bank fee of $35.00 will be charged to each order. All payments must be in USD, and must include shipping and handling charges.

Orders paid with Cashier's check, Money order and Checks will not be shipped until funds have cleared our bank account. All orders paid by check will be subject to a five to ten day hold on each order pending the clearance of check. Please make all check, money orders and Cashier's checks payable to Spyemporium.com or TABOB Enterprises Group, Inc. Any check stopped or returned unpaid will be subject to a $39.00 return fee.

Fraud and Security Protection

At SpyEmporium.com, TABOB Enterprises Group Inc. confirms and checks all credit card orders electronically for your security and may request more information on authenticity of your purchase with or without delay in processing your order. Any suspicion in your information may lead to delay or cancellation of your order.

For additional protection to you and your security, your signature may be required via fax 713-344-1778. Again, all orders will only be shipped to credit card billing addresses. As soon as we receive approval on your card, we will send you an electronic confirmation on your order. At the time of shipment of your order, we will send you a final purchase invoice with an available tracking number.

Foreign Orders

All foreign or overseas orders MUST phone, fax or e-mail in their orders for shipping quote. We reserve the right to refuse International credit card orders from some countries except Canada, Mexico and some European countries. All payments must be paid by T/T or PayPal only unless otherwise. For Wire/Bank Fund Transfers, please contact our office for our banking and PayPal payment accounts information. Additional bank fee of $35.00 applies to each wire transfer of finds. Purchasers will be held responsible for all import restrictions, custom duties, etc. Foreign orders are generally shipped USPS, UPS, DHL International or FedEx Air. Product Availability

SpyEmporium.com shall inform you on availability of our products ordered. If you have paid with any means except credit card, while your payment is in transit or money is clearing through bank clearing house, we may not have control over availability of such product. With the volume of sales we receive in our show room and online as your number one Spy Shop since 1990, SpyEmporium.com cannot guarantee continued availability of some gadgets. We can only notify you that they are on back order and remove them from our site if obsolete.

 Some orders if not available in our facility will be shipped from our warehouse and upon so we will provide a tracking number at a later than normal time to your email.

Shipping to Alternate Address

We may give an exception on sending orders to different address but will hold such order for more information and advice that you inform your credit card issuing bank to protect you from card fraud. Having done this without any suspicion, we will ship the goods to the different billing address as instructed by you. We may hold a package until credit card bank notifies us that you have added the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. We may require additional signature for proof of delivery and acceptance at delivery location.

Price Alterations

SpyEmporium.com has the right to change prices at any time due to clearance sales, shift in demand and supply or currency fluctuation. Any product posted on our site in error that did not meet our text quality may be pulled out without prior notice. We do not offer any price protection and cannot be held liable to price protection.

SpyEmporium.com Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower price on any website based and operating in USA which the item is not on sale or clearance, we will match or beat that given price. Prices matches will only be granted by purchasing online or via phone. Instore transactions do not apply. SpyEmporium.com will not grant price matches comparing to wholesale sites. Please call 1-888-612-9884 for all SpyEmporium.com Price Match Guarantee transactions.

The SpyEmporium.com Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Spy Emporium or Spy Emporium Africa stores and for:

Spy Emporium Retail Store Price Match Guatantee

If you find a lower advertised price on the same available item prior your purchase or during exchange and return period, we will match that price. Simply bring in the ad of the local spy shop retail competitor, while the lower price is in effect and receive your price match.

The Spy Emporium Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Spy Emporium Africa Retail stores and for:

Cancellation of Orders/ Refund Policy

Due to onetime use for evidence gathering, we do not encourage cancellation of goods unless it is done before shipping. After receipt of product, if it is in its original packaging unopened, you must call for Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) if unwanted or a mistake. For RMA 14 business days will be given to call us and receive, if customer does not contact our facility before the 15th day after date of sale, RMA will not be granted. If customer returns package without RMA, package will be refused and sent back to customer’s location.

Restock Fee

All RMA given returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If any pieces are missing from the original package a 25% restocking fee will be given. If product is nonresellable due to product package damge or all products missing, package will be returned to customer and no refund will be given.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 90 Day Limited Warranty. If units are purchased and become electronically defective, purchaser may return for exchange for the same item. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and Repair Authorization (RA) or no exchanges will be granted, we will not reprint any receipts under any circumstances. All CCTV equipment are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty unless listed different. Some products may offer 1 year manufacturers warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products some are ineligible for return due to their purpose and/or limitations.

Return to Resell Condition: If we are unable to resell a returned item due to its condition we will be unable to accept return.

Onetime use devices: Purchased items for single use may not be returned after usage. I.e. GPS Tracking devices and Bug Detectors

Bodily exposed devices i.e. ear buds

All diversion furniture products opened or assembled are non returnable

Shooting Net Gun, CO2 Catridges

All lockpicking tools

Service & Software: All software, activation and monthly service fees; and shipping charges

Installed items may not be returned: i.e. Hardwire GPS Tracker, Car Monitoring Kits

All items if returnable must be returned in original, unopened packaging: Pepper Spray, fluid detection kits

Other Devices: Customized products and physically damaged items
